The main lecturer was Alexander Kashamov, lawyer  and member of the non-governmental organization Access to Information  Programme (AIP). <!--more--><br \/>\n<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Almost 40 journalists, students and NGO representatives attended the seminar and most of them evaluated it as very useful for their work.
